At WOT they sing but normal cruise it's no big deal. It's when you gut or get rid of the cats is when it get's loud and of course the cat back you have
Definitely louder (and meaner). I'm actually considering replacing my Borlas since the header install. They're now a hair on the aggressive side, and my wife doesn't like the "race car" sound. I think your sound level also will depend on whether you go with no cats/high flow cats/stock cats, etc. Good luck.
I had Corsa Indy's before I put on headers and hi-flow cats. When the Dynatechs were added it got really loud at higher > 4k RPM. I swapped out to Z06 and it got too quiet. Then H/C setup and it got a little louder with more meat. I still missed my loud pedal though so last week swapped out the Ti's for GHL Magnum Plus with 6 inch cans. Sounds great and I've got my loud pedal back. Even my wife likes how the car sounds now.
After adding LGMs my Corsa Indys got VERY loud when you floor it. The headers also added some increase to normal driving The biggest increase is during excelleration. Cruising isn't too bad. All in all, with a vert I think it would be a little much unless you like a loud exhaust. You can try it and if you don't like it sell or trade your cat-backs for the touring.
Where are you located in Fl, hearing the exhaust will answer your questions fast.

I have a vert, and thinking of headers and x pipe. I have Corsa Indys on now. What will the noise factor be like?
Ken- headers will for sure make the car a lot louder when you get on the go pedal hard, a lot depends on what cat-back system you have and if you are running cats or not. You should be fine adding headers to the Corsa System..but all in all, your ears may still think it's too loud. Try and go listen in person if you can.
good luck
