You'll need to find someone with a Tech-2 progammer to enable the system. Dealers will have it...many tuners do too, although you might not find any near you.
Your best bet is to bypass the normal service appointment route, and talk to a mechanic directly....they tend to be more "in the know" then the service advisors about mods like this, and more than likely will take care of you as a side job for a few $$ thrown at them. it's literally a 5 minute job.
Otherwise, the service advisor will probably feed you the standard bs about it not being possible, and hourly shop rates and yada yada yada...
I added the sensors to my new rims and tires who can get them to work? Is the dealor my only choice?
The only way is with the GM Tech2 scan tool. As previously posted, most likely you will have to get it done by a dealer tech as very few people outside of a dealer will have one. They cost around $3000. and about $600 to update them annually. They still might not know the procedure for activating the program in the computer. This procedure was posted on the forum a while back. Maybe someone else can post where to find it. Too bad you live so far from me. I'm assuming your car didn't have sensors originally, as in Z06.
