I haven't had much luck finding what I need on the Internet. A matte black vinyl with the ability to "peel and stick" is what I need. If I can find the proper material, I may have a die made and offer them for sale.

If I were you, I'd contact (mike76002). He's a supporting vendor that makes all kinds of vinyl graphic kits for Vettes. I'll bet he'd give you a free set for turning him onto your idea

Those look great. Some of the vendors at one time sold some small black vinyl decals (maybe they still do) that went on the wheels but I didn't really care for them. Your design however looks awesome, and totally changes the look of the wheels. Nice job!

Those babies would great in chrome and the black was cut out of the spoke! I like the look you gave the wheel!

I have been trying to decide what to do with my wagon wheels and I think you just solved that problem. I have alraedy painted the emblem in the cap. Thanks for the idea.
