isnt frost king more for heat insulation than noise. There are a couple routes that you can go in sound insulation. There are liquid sound deadners, there are the mat sound deadners. All require quite a bit of work. There is also Dan's pre-cut kit that people are very happy. I love his products. Also is a great guy to deal with. Get some reviews from all of these products and see which one will suit you better.
Sound deadening mat is available EVERYWHERE and most of them are all the same. Unless you go with the EXTREME or ULTRA double thickness versions which is over kill unless you are running heads/cam with open headers.
Anyway I got some wanna be dynamat wannabe (tar/aluminum) material on ebay for $100 for 100 sqft. Total it weights 30lbs. I did the whole interior from brake pedal to brake light. It took me 4 hours start to finish with the help of Steve (FixedRoof).
I did the rear hatch area and both doors with dynamat xtreme and noticed some improvement. I bought 36 sqft on ebay for $120 and used it all. Thinking about ordering another set and doing the front area and the inner wheel wells in the rear. 36 sq ft weighs 20 lbs.
