Please help me with DTC codes.... P0171, B0502, P0174, B0507, B2482. I got these codes from the screen of a Hypertec programmer I was trying to install in my Z06 today.
I also got a strange message in the DIC saying "Reduced engine power" while I was trying to install the program. I don't know why that message was on there because I just drove it around town a bit to get a feel for the car before I put the programmer in and drove it again. I did do some spirited driving but nothing extreme I thought. I planned to see if I could feel a diference in the seat before and after.
Any help would be appreciated as I'm a new C5 Z06 owner and did not have these problems in a C4 I recently sold.

Ok, I pulled the #2 fuse a while back to eliminate the DRL's, so I realize that the DRL relay circuit is the reason for the 3 codes involving the back up lamps etc. What does the Fuel system Lean Bank 1 & 2 mean? I just bought the car and it has an aftermarket Y shaped filter in place of the stock original down between the headlights in front of the radiator. I looks similiar to a K&N or something like that. Could that be the Lean reason? Too much air to fuel? Ive heard of that problem before on here with some converstaions.
Thanks, and I really appreciate the fast responses and help I get on this great Forum.

You will see that alot of owners get a lean fuel bank code after the install of a aftermarket filter/intake, tuning will remedy this issue, before tuning I used to get it from the intall of my blackwing intake.

The filter is the problem but too much air to fuel is not the cause. The codes are caused by inaccurate MAF readings due to turbulence. The easiest and cheapest solution is to put the stock airbox back on.
