How do I remove the dash so I can see if I have the HUD connector?

search the forum for the HUD install, it will show you how to remove the dash.

but basically, you need to drop the steering column, remove the console and lower knee bolster, just to remove the dash.
from there It's not much more work to remove the dash pad!

you didn't say what year you have. If it's a 99 you will have the connector already. if 97 or 98 you have to buy a new speedometer. Look how I did it on my car. Mine is a 99.

Not all 99's have the compatable cluster. Mine is an early 99. I had to swap out the cluster. It's not hard to remove the cluster. you can do it in about a half hour. Go to Vette Essentials web site for the step by step instructions.
