Default headers

Is there a direct bolt on replacement header that I can buy where I can use my factory "H" pipe all the way out to the tail pipes? I have a 2003 zo6.

Not exactly sure if there is a shorty header that will do that on these cars, but even if there were there would be no gains for you. The only headers that show gains are long tubes, which will require a different H.

I installed BORLAS on my 2003 Z06.

They fit perfect.

Install was duck soup.

if you want to keep your stock exhaust and just change out the manifolds then your only option are shorty headers. I have heard that the stock manifolds flow pretty well compared to the shortys, if you are looking for a larger gain, then long tub headers are the only way to go and those replace the whole stock h-pipe assembly. You get hi flo cats and a x-pipe that will bolt right up to your catback.
