Just bought my first Vette a few months back and havent really been able to check everything out on it yet. New England....still waiting for winter to end. Anyway, its a 99...I dont have a spare..or even know if it came with one originaly...and if so where is the jack and all that stuff?

The C5's didn't come with spares. They came from the factory with run flats, but many of the guys on here have replaced them with non run flat tires. Welcome to the forum!
Your car comes with run flat tires that have a very hard sidewall on them, it also has TPS Tire Pressure sensors so if your tire does go flat a message on you DIC will alert you. No, you won`t feel something in your pants, the DIC is the driver information center located on your dash. You can travel a long way on a flat with runflats. The only problem with them is due to the hardness they ride rough. Hope this helps
