Default What sports car did you own before purchasing Vette?
The Corvette is the best car that I have ever owned; prior to that purchase, i have owned a 1990 Nissan 300zxtt 400hp and a 1991 ford mustang gt

A too-small, underpowered, but marvelously fun 1959 MGA roadster, 3 Triumph Spitfire Mk3's (I currently own a restored example that doesn't get much road time these days), a '69 Porsche 911T Targa, a Nissan 300ZX Turbo... Hmmm. I guess that was about it for "sports cars".

None of them were even close to approaching the power, performance and amenities of my C5, but next to the C5, the one I enjoyed driving the most was the old 911 .

Last "sports" car was some years ago. 1972 Datsun 240Z in Yellow.

First one was my first car. 1968 Mustang.

Began with a muscle car in 1969 - 1968 Road Runner with 440/6-pack. Transitioned to a Porsche 944 in 1990 and finally to the ultimate - C5 Vert in 2004! I have reached the pinacle.

Blown/geared/etc. 1993 Mustang Cobra. Great car. Lots of fun and lots of power. Very easy to drive.
