Default Mirror Trunk liner?

Alright, I have seen some of these and was wondering where the best place to get one from is? Is the quality good? How are they applied? Do they look nice? Does anyone have any pictures? I have also seen people paint their trunks in their Z's and FRC's, how is this done, is there a vendor that does this? Also, where are chrome trunk hinges sold at? Thanks a lot, I am trying to bling out my trunk for an upcoming show...so I need some help Nm I found creative engine covers

Very easy to do. You need to find a glass shop and buy mirror acrylic It comes in sheets then trace a pattern and transfer on to the acrylic. Use masking tape so acrylic will not scratch as you are cutting and cut out and apply using a 3M product called Dura-lock .....it is like a super high strength velcro.
For thsi type or buy them from forum member C5 Cowboy

For this type do the same but you will need to brace it with pegboard from Lowes. Just make a pattern cut the acrylic and peg bord and glue to gether and again use Dura-lock..... velcro will not hold that great
It does get heavy with the pegboard and acrylic

Got mine from C5 Crazy Cowboy (Dan). Forum vendor and a great guy to do business with. I've had mine in for about 2 seasons and they are great.

My question is how much would a person have in it if they did it there self? Trying to decide wether it would be better to buy the kit or do it myself.

I found that the velcro constantly pulled off. I ended up using a drill and some pressure fit fastners.

Nice install iceburgh

I bought one and took it back off. The fit wasn't that great, but worse yet it made the trunk lid heavier making the problem of popping the lid open even worse. I can't remember for sure, but I think I got it from PFYC.com. Replaced it with a carpeted panel.

I love flames on all cars...looks great.
I sold all my Vettes the last one was the black flamed one. I miss it but I never drove it. It was basically a trailer queen.
I am building 2 street rods now and you guessed it they will both have flames.
Another Vette in a year or so but it will stay basically stock
