leaking rear diff
I had my 04 at the dealer for the common rear differential leak last year after 3K. car has been garaged for the winter and noticed the same leak from the right side, so with 5K and dreadful of taking it back again to see if they can get right,
here we go again

diff leak
Took mine to the dealer at 9,000 miles. They are not a certified vette dealer(too small of an operation) and they knew nothing about the dreaded diff leak. Turned out to my advantage. The mechanic looked past the seal hoopla and found a casting hole in the cover plate. No charges and no leaks since.

I know how you feel. Mine has been in the shop three times with a leaking differential seal. Last time was about two years ago and looks like they finally got it fixed.
