Nice one Tim. Any screws left over?
Seriously, I reckon that the HUD is the best option to have and now you've got it too.

Sure, they sell them at most drug stores. Just get 2 small compact mirrors. Tape one to the windshield facing the driver. Hold the other one, while driving, strategically aimed at the guages and reflect it to the mirror you taped to the windshield.

Super looking job. Can't wait for mine to get here too. I'm not too worried about making the cut in the dash. What has me all freaked out is getting all that console and dash stuff removed and put back in without breaking any clips or something like that. Any advice?

Nice work; after seeing your other mods and write-ups (loved the car cover that went on and off via garage door opener) I'd expect nothing less.

I'm in the second batch of PaceThis shipments and was curious if it includes *everything* needed to install or am I gonna have to get some screws and such from Home Depot or something? Also, what did you use to cut the dash?

Nice job.

Hi Mike -

Cool!

I like the hud, although I didn't place a lot of importanceon it when I bought the car, it is a neat thing to have....

best regards -

take a look at different disassembly instructions out there. For me it helps to get different perspectives.

here's one:
http://thelapd.com/bezel.htm

although this isn't for the HUD, it does make it easy to remove the center console and center IP trim piece.
