Do Vert Trunk Partitions Work?
I do find the Corsa exhaust drone a bit much especially on long trips. Do those partitions acyually reduce noise and increase audio performance? Do they stay put?

I have one from exoticvette.com and I think overall it was worth the cash. Its a nice product well made.
I've had to replace the velcro with larger pieces to make it stay in place. The noise reduction is only minimal particularly as I spend most time with the roof down. I do like it for the protection it gives the roof if I have things in the trunk.

I depends on the brand and the construction.
Mine is ABS core with carpet on both sides. It definitely reduces road and exhaust noise... inceases sound from speakers.

I have longtubes and BB PRT's on the car, and have an Andy's partition installed. Works real well. Even with the windows down, it cuts down on the rumble. With the windows up, it's really great. So the answer is YEP!

I can still here the exhaust, but the drone isn't as bad

It helped reduce noise in my Z06. It acts as a buffer for the noise. It doesn't eliminate it, but cuts down on it enough to make a difference. I got mine from forum vendor Zip Products.
