Paint store will have all you need as far as instructions, depends on the paint you pick. Painting the front fascia is a little tricky because of the insets. I just did one as a spare for mine. Getting it mounted on work horses so you can get below helps alot. I used ChromaBase/Chromaclear from DuPont-matched very nicely.

is chromabase a primer used for these bumpers?? and what kind of gun at what psi did you use, or was it spray cans from dupont THANKS

ChromaBase is the color coat, ChromaClear is the clear on top. Go to the paint store and get the data sheet for whatever paint your buying. It will have directions for application. I used a gravity feed gub at 30-35 psi. Have you ever painted before?
I WAS TOLD TO GET THE BUMPER OFF. AND TO DO IT RIGHT FOR ABOUT $75.00 GET IT PLASTIC BLASTED. SINCE I HAVEN'T PAINTD FOR 35 YEARS I'D BEST HAVE THAT DONE AT PAINT SHOP. THANKS FOR EVERYONES HELP AND ADVICE.
