Default NEED HELP!! Dr. Don replaced bulbs - but radio still not lighting!

I am still unable to get the lights for all of the buttons on my Bose HU to light up!!

I have pulled the generic radio/CD fuses and made sure I have no obvious other culprits, but I still cannot get the lights to come on. After talking for awhile with Dr. Don's in Texas, they convinced me that the problem was just bulb replacement, which they offered to trouble shoot and fix for $50. However when I dropped the repaired head unit in last night - still no lights.

I should mention that Don (spoke with him today) has offered to take another look at the radio, but he and I both think that there is probably a fuse issue niether of us knows about. I have my fuse tester ready and will be going through fuse by fuse unless someone can jump in and help!!

SO now - I need help. Anyone very familiar with the wiring diagrams and fuse circuits affecting the CD player? Is there any circuit or relay SPECIFICALLY for the button illuminations? I have pulled several fuses without luck and would like some help on this.

ANyone that can help - I would really appreciate it!!

Before sending the radio out again you might do a voltage check at the terminals to see if you're getting voltage.
