I should have paid attention to my engine oil life and DIC average mpg life resetting themselves repeatedly over the last two months. Then, two weeks ago while at my first HPDE, the FRC required a jumpstart. Yesterday again after leaving the key in the ignition for 10 minutes, I needed another jumpstart. I was deadset on replacing the AC Delco this PM, but I had to ask a colleague at work for another jumpstart to get me to do that. I went to NTB and I was forced to buy whatever thet had because the battery went dead again in the five minutes it took me to figure out that they only carry Exide batteries. I had never heard of that brand. Yet, I ended up driving back to work with a new Exide Nascar Select 78/84. Can I trust this battery to be at least as good as the ill-famed AC Delco? I was hoping to at least get their Select Orbital battery since it's presumably spill free but they didn't stock it.
