Default Please Help

I have has a horrible day to begin with and it just got worse. I was leaving the car lot where I work tonight and all of a sudden my car just shut down completely. It has to be an electrical problem because my key fob isn't working, my windows won't roll up, and the lights stayed up but turned off. I had to push it into our shop. I am hoping some of you may know what could be wrong with it before they hook it up to a diagnostic machine tomorrow and charge me something stupid to fix it. Please help if you know what it could be. Thanks in advance.

Check your battery terminal wires if they are loose or disconnected. Undo them, wait for a few minutes and connect them back up again and tighten them snug. Check for the codes and post all the codes. Sorry cant help without the codes. I am hoping its just the loose negative cable at the battery though. Goodluck.

Sounds like an electrical dis-connection somewhere..... You won't get any codes without power. Resolve the electrical issue & all should be well.
