I could be wrong but I think it comes down to the car stands out and is somewhat of a target.
Right is right, and wrong is wrong, I believe in responsibility but I got my first speeding ticket ever right after I got the vette. I wasn't doing anything crazy or driving any different than I do in my other two vehicles.

I have to agree with ET on this. It is so lame to complain about getting caught breaking the law. Then call those that caught them childish names or make stupid comments about them. Then again I guess since we drive Vettes we are TARGETS? Oh, or is it just that we are above those silly little laws?

Sounds like the police officer was looking to see whether you were legit in driving the vette or not, and when he realized you weren't up to anything illegal he cut you a break instead of hitting you with the whole load. Live and learn, next time use your blinker in that lane, and wave when you see that cop.

On the other hand, I got my second written warning, from 2 different cops, for speeding, in the last 4 months. They either like the Electron Blue or my personality. Can't figure it out, but I shant argue with luck.
