Does anybody have experiance with removing the interior door panels on a C5? I want to repaint the door speaker grills. Can the grills come off with out removing the whole panel? Is there a faster easier way, or anything I should watch for and be careful not to break ect? I already bought the interior paint from Mid America, and have tried to pry n pull the grills off, thinking there would be some clips. No luck so far. I haven't found any how-to's or diagrams on the net. Any information would be appreicated thanks.

As far as pulling the panels - make it easy on yourself and go to your local parts department and buy a handful of the plastic panel clips. They are about $1 a piece, and you won't be frustrated when you break a couple of them. They really were designed for once in and out. If you pull them and break one, that's to be expected.
