CD Changer upgrade question
I just recently bought an "03" coupe with the 12-disc CD changer. Comparing this unit with the one that was in my "99" coupe, this unit does not perform well at all. The older changer would play ANY CD that you put in it!! The new one won't play the same CD's ( many of which were home made ) and even has a hard time playing store bought CD's!
Question:
I checked the Crutchfield and , BestBuy web sites and can't find a straight "plug in" replacement unit listed. Are there units out there that are straight "plug in" replacement units??

Probably not since the COR-HAR (CORvette HARness) from the passenger footwell has a factory-specific plug. However, there are several adaptors, such as the AUX2CAR, that will work with aftermarket units.
