the unlock through the phone thing with the other FOB is a joke that has been around here for a long time .
Now shaking the car is a more legitimate possibility , although I have not tried it myself . I never put my FOBs in passive mode , they

The car locked because the passive remote went to sleep. You can shake the car enough to move the remote and it will wake up and send a signal to let the car know it is in range. Paul
