I have an ASP pulley and love it. No problems whatsoever. Dyno'ed 298rwhp before and with the pulley/xpipe/stingers made 312rwhp. So, some of that 14rwhp was the pulley. The car climbs rpms a bit faster now. Just feels quicker.
As for negatives, it's a pita to put on. Had a shop deal with it. They went from underneath and I think took off the steering rack
