If you end up near a auto parts store, you may want to pick up a fuse tester... I have one that you touch to the two contacts on the top of the fuse and an LED which lights up when the fuse is good. Saves the time of pulling each fuse to physically look at it.
I checked #2 and #29 fuses and found #29 was blown. I popped the hood disconnected the battery (just because), got the spare fuse and replaced #29. No sooner than I reconnect the battery, then open a door the lights come on for a quick second, then go back out. I check #29 again and its blown ... again.
I'm off to Advanced Auto to get a stack of 10a fuses. I remember seeing a thread a while ago about someone's #2 and/or #29 fuse repeatedly blowing, but can't locate it now. What could be causing this fuse to repeatedly blow? Could the blue LED replacement bulbs I installed 2 weeks ago be the culprit?

Yes... if you replaced your rearview mirror bulbs with the 9-LED, 44mm blubs and the connectors are touching the reflector inside the mirror, it will blow the fuses... what I would do (and have done, that's how I knew this) is remove the #2 fuse and remove the mirror (if you have to... once you see the way the connector are seated you can leave the mirror in and do this later)... remove the clear lens covers and make sure the connectors are seated firmly insde the mirror. If you mess with the bulbs and the connector even slightly touches the reflector ... it will blow the fuse.

I took the mirror off and made sure the connectors weren't touching the reflectors, but still blew a fuse. I took out the rear corner led bulbs and put them in 1 at a time. I found out when I put the rear passenger side light in, the fuse would blow. I put a new bulb and a new fuse in and the fuse did not blow. So it looks like the problem is fixed! Now I have to order another blue led bulb to replace the white LED bulb I put in. Thanks to everyone for the help!
