Okay...I finally lowered the Vette. I followed one link where the guy turned all adjusters 5 turns...on Sunday I turned all of mine 3 turns to go down 1/4". I liked it so much that tonight I decided to turn them the other two. Here's the question...what have your experiences been with the number of turns? I found my right front would only turn 4 3/4 total turns...it stopped...no moveeee. The left front would turn to 5 and then maybe 6 or 7, although I left it a 4 3/4 total turns. After driving around awhile, I measured the height and they are both dead even. I'm just curious as to why the left front has more to go than the right.
I didn't count the number of turns. On the fronts, I just turned them all the way in. It dropped about an 1-1/4 inches in the front. The rears I added 6 in. long bolts (stock are 5-1/2 in.). That made the gap between tire and fender the same as the front.
The left is slightly higher from the factory to account for the weight of the driver.

The difference in sides was to make the car as balanced as possible side to side when it came off the factory line. If you measure the frame rails to the ground on each side, you may find that now they might need to be adjusted again to compensate for the way the car has settled since then.
Of course, since you lowered it, things are a bit askew until it settles, but in a few weeks you might want to check the height difference on each side and fine tune as needed. You might also want to check the rears at that time, too. Consider using full turns in the front, whenever possible, so the bushings still sit in the same orientation. That way they'll still be in the same "wear" position they were in before you started, which presumably reduces the time the car takes to settle, and may even have an affect on HOW it settles.
