I notice esp on cold days i get a lot of condensation moisture build up at the end of my stinger tips because of the rolled edge that is on them. When this moisture sits and dries it usually leaves the chrome discolored from the exhaust gas and water mixing.... it does come off with some polish but it's a pain since it happens like right after you start the car and it comes to temp...
My question is, has anyone drilled like maybe an 1/8 or so sized hole in the bottom of their tips near the rolled edge to help drain some of this junk from the exhaust? I'm thinking about doing it, but wanted to see if anyone else had done anything of the sort before I went drilling into my tips. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
