You all are very fortunate to have 2 corvettes. I'll be lucky if I get one by 30 :P. Technically I have a whole nother life time's ahead of me + two years if I got one by 30. Eh, 14 isn't too much fun.
Keep your head straight, and keep working hard and you don't have to wait until you are 30. I just turned 23 and I'm still in school. Start saving now. Put a percentage of your money/earnings away and don't touch it. I know it's hard to do, especially at such a young age, but if you work hard enough and save your money, you can definitely get one before 30. I was able to afford it because instead of spending my freshman/sophmore years at a university, I'm spending it at a community college and will transfer as a junior to a major university. My sister went to a university right out of high-school and by the time we're finished we'll both have a degree from the same university, and we'll be about the same dollar amount in-debt, but I'll have a car to show for it, and she won't.
An interesting fact I heard the other day...
A 22-year old student graduating this year who consolidates their $40,000 loan at 6.125 percent will need to pay $243 a month...until they're 52. By that time, they will have paid $47,494 in interest alone.
As you can see this is a MAJOR expense, even bigger than a car. If you want that vette by 30 my best advice to you is to work hard now while you're still in high school and get as many scholorships/grants you can. Doing this will pay off greatly in the not-so-distant future.

I'm trying as hard as I can but I am not of legal age to work in Plymouth, Plymouth Township, or Canton. Until I hit 15 it's allowance and selling things on ebay.
It took me 40 years to get the frst one (96)(mine) but only 10 months to get the second (2002)(wife's). Of course she's got the newer one but I like my C4 better
Worked most of the day cleaning yesterday for a show today (superior chevrolet KC) and I had to pull out into the rain to drive to the show at 6:00 am. I was parking cars for the show from 7:00 - 9:00
