Anyone know where one could buy the paint they use on stuff to make it feel smooth and rubbery? Sort of like suede?
I know its hard to understand exactly what I'm asking, but its used alot on high-end remote controls and i've been seeing it pop up lately on PC mice and other plastic electronic equipment.
Its a statin finish that feels very "not plastic."
Boy I sure hope someone can figure out what the hell i'm talking about....
I think you may be looking for 'rubber paint', it is a rubberized material for putting grips on tools and such. I usually see it just in a container to dip tools in, however I did find a spray version at Lowes. I guess there are several manufactures of it.
I'm not sure how well it will stand up, I'm tinking about trying to use it to acent the interior...
