Z06 SEATS

Question? Are the seats in '02 Z06, the same seats that are in the '00 hard top seats.? (not the sport seats)

The only real difference is more side bolster support and Z06 monogram in the head rest and a slightly different stich patteren in the leather.

My personal opinion is the sports seats are better in the coupe and convert but still not enought support for heavy cornering... The only real gripe I have with the Corvette is the rather flimsey seats.... :rolleyes:

The Z06 seats suck beyond suckiness!!! 0 lateral support and generally spongy. The worst sport seat I have ever had in any car! Sorry GM, but this is the truth. This is why I installed the BK harness bar so quickly. When a good, adjustable, value-priced seat becomes available, my seats are toast. I know Carvaggio makes some for $1600 or so (a piece maybe). There is also the Sparco Evo or something like that that looks pretty good.

The Sport seats in the Coupe and the Vert are much better as well.
