Can Someone Explain These Two Items

2) and - Performance Axle Ratio?
Thanks,
Noob on board
Performance Axle Ratio = 3.15 axle ratio. 2.73 is the standard ratio.

The RTD option is basically just remote-adjustable shocks that control the ride quality. The shocks are very expensive to replace, and IMO unless you need a caddy-like ride, the Z51 is the better performance suspension choice.
The performance axle option for the automatic replaces the stock 2.73 rearend gears with a 3.15 ratio gearset. Makes the car accelerate faster, and run at a higher rpm in any given gear. A very desirable option if you don't intend on ever modifying your car, but if youre like many automatic owners , you might want to upgrade further to the (6spd) 3.42 ratio (or even higher) for even more pull, in which case, holding out looking for a 3.15 car won't really matter.

with Tom - The RTD (RPO code F45) is a shock dampening system that is 3 way adjustable. It predates the F55 Magnetic Ride that came out in 2003. Here's a link to an interesting informative article that will explain both of them better than I can...http://corvetteactioncenter.com/kb/q....php?qstId=503
The performance axle ratio (RPO G92) is the 3.15 gearset that was optionally available on the A4 (automatic), standard was the 2.73. The lower numerical gear gives a little better fuel economy but the penalty is slower 0-60 times. The 3.15 will give you more "ooomph" of the line, and a higher one is even better in that regard like a 3.42 or a 3.73.
