I have some templates for the same cover.
They are $10 shipped. $4.05 is just for shipping and .88 cents for paypal, and .12 for the thick paper.
I have none at this time, when the flooding stops here, I will get some more paper.

templates were $5 shipped. you got them at cost(paypal fees, paper, printing, envelopes, postage, tape) i still have some but forum rules prevent me from selling these on the forum without becoming supporting vendor. you can get them on ebay through another forum member for 25 bucks but make your own cheaper if you feel you can handle a acrylic cutter. i just cleaned my pm box as i got a notice it was full and someone attempted to send an email.
