4 Hours Later...
Left work early today to devote some tie to the Vette. Ran in the door, kissed my wife and loudly announced "I'm detailing the car today," she just sighed and told me she would bring dinner out to me in a bit.
I cleaned stuff I didn't even know existed: carpet (removed the seats even), door jambs, wheel wells, underside of the hood and area under the hatch. Washed, waxed, vacuumed, Windexed and ArmorAlled (all weather stripping) to beat the band.
I’m pretty happy with how the waxing turned out, but it’s still not “wet” enough looking to suit me. We went out for a spirited run up 526 and back and I swear, the car just felt better.

As, I imagine so did you. Gives you a real feeling of accomplishment doesn't it. Good on ya.
