Default problem

I have a 2002 "Vette. I have 55,000 miles on it. I have a K&N filter. Throttle bypass. Iridium plugs. New wires. Granatelli MAFS. Superchips programmer. I recently put a BBK 80MM. throttle body and intake manifold on. Everything was fine for a while. Then, when I floor it I get a traction problem light, service traction, check engine light and decreased engine power message. I pull over and turn the engine off and turn it back on. I still have the check engine light. I turned off the traction switch and rompled on it again. I got the same thing. Anybody got any ideas what is going on? Please help. It ran super for a while. Thanks.

What codes are you getting?
It could be a throttle position sensor issue.

Agree you should check your codes. I'll guess it's a grounding issue. Check them starting with your battery connections. The check engine light will reset after your 3rd restart.

I got a Po171-System too lean P0200-Injector Ckt. open P1515-Commanded vs TPS-Pedal position performance-PCM P1516-Throttle System Perform TAC-Module. Haven't romped it yet. Wonder if removing the Superchip program and disconnect the battery will put if back to what it was when I first installed the 80MM throttle body and intake manifold. What do you think?

Wonder if removing the Powerchip Program and disconnecting the battery will put it back to before. It was awesome right after I did the work. What does anything think? Thanks.

Get rid of the Granatelli.................they are junk, cause nothing but problems and are known here as a 300 dollar paper weight.

Would a stock MAFS be ok to put back in with the 80MM throttle body and BBK Intake manifold? If not, what would you recommend? Thanks.

For sure dump the Grannatelli, I kept getting the lean codes too. Last year I had a Procharger installed, my tuner calls me and says "Please tell me you still have your factory MAF". Tuned with no problem...508 HP to the rear wheels, that was 12,000 miles ago.
