Default Most satisfying mod?

What mod did you do on your C5 that just gives you the best satisfaction? Not necessarlily price/benefit, or most HP, but what's the one mod you've done that gives you the most satisfaction? For me it was painting my calipers and replacing my rotors a few weeks ago. Beforehand they were ugly, the rotor hats and edges were all rusty, and it just made me sick to look at my wheels. In fact, whenever i looked at the car my eyes went right to the rusty hats. Now, with shiney rotors and mean-looking black calipers, it just looks RIGHT. Not bad for a day of wrenching and about $120 in parts (napa rotors, paint, and some high-temp clearcoat for the rotors).

I guess three mods have given me the most satisfaction.

1. The first would be doing the HUD retrofit on my 2000. Not only a cool option but I enjoyed doing the work to install.

2. Interior painting. C5Kidd painted some of my interior parts in Spiral Grey and it came out great. I was looking for a little spark, but not rice for my black interior. Brian came through big time and I get tons of compliments.

3. Third would be I'm awaiting receipt of my new custom powercoated calipers from Mike (CorvettePilot). Much like you, I hate the way the calipers looked. So......Mirror Black Calipers with silver brackets going on with my new Baer Rotors set off by a set of Chrome Motorsports I bought from another forum member.

Great job on the rotors and calipers. Black looks great

The most satisfying mod has always been exhaust for looks and sound. I think that I will follow suit though by painting my rotor hats.

Probably fitting the AVIC N1 nav system. It was the most challenging and I saw the Vert in its most stripped down state ever

I love both the leather boots/console cover and the Z06 screens though.

Well a lot of little fun things have been done.

I guess near the top would be the guage rings, painted hood liner, cradle and control arm covers and of course the Window Valet.

For me, while I've done a few really nice things, it has to be the center arm rest cover. I see / feel it everytime I get in the car. My elbow thanks me.

In this picture you can see the mod that gave me the most satisfaction (Z06 Motorsports from Tomzwheels), and also the mod that gave me the most frustration (the WDP fiasco, still have mismatching rear rotors on my car).

Getting rid of the GY runflats and going with the Kumho Ecsta Mxs. Much improved ride and handling.
