I purchased one recently. I am very happy with this product.

 

Does it matter if I have an after market alarm system? Sounds cool would be interested if there aren't any probs.

 

It may be useful on a coupe, but it's a must have for the vert. The best "mod" on mine. What a pain operating the top without it!

Is it honestly a 5 minute install? Just plug it in and then program it using the DIC?

 

Yep, that is it....No tools or beer needed (unless of course, you are thirsty).
