I bought my "Aeros" used, and the guy I got them from said what a hassle they were to get. I love them, but I've dealt with John@ CCW, and if I were buying new, they'd get my business. Absolutely perfect customer service, and a great product.

I have delt with iForged on getting some new center caps and valve stems for a set of wheels at work. They are pain to get ahold of. Good product just not the greatest CS. I have a set of CCW's on order and it's night/day difference on CS between iForged and CCW.

My wheels are iForged Aeros and the came as promised in Aug 2005, 8 weeks. They don't make the wheels until you order, keeps the price down.

Today, Iforged proved me wrong. Today, which is about 1 week after I received the wheels, out of no where Vince called me up and apologized for the misunderstanding we had about how long I expected the wheels to take and to ask me if I was satisfied with the quality and finish of the wheels. He told me that when you add chrome lips it takes an extra 2 weeks (which I was not aware of). Bottom line is that he told me to call him personally if I needed anything and he refunded me the original shipping I paid because he wanted to make up for the misunderstanding. They have definitely made up for the misunderstanding and have gained a new customer!
