Can Anyone Help!!!!!!
Hi there, hope all is well...In my 1998 automatic c5 corvette, i hit the driverside rear end on the center divide, it snapped the spindle in half and bent the arm and ripped of the side fender... Well thats not the problem
When i go to start the car, i go to turn it on and a loud sound comes from the rear end somewhere, not just that but the back of the car jumps up a little bit, i cant figure it out, does anyone have any advice,

Possibly the electric fuel pump has been damaged or "repositioned", and is now making contact with the fuel tank. Turning the key on sends power to the pump - and most likely is the source of your noise. Not sure what to say about "the back of the car jumping up a little bit"...

LETS REVIEW, SNAPPED SPINDLE,BENTARM,NO FENDER!
AND YOUR WORRIED ABOUT A FUEL PUMP NOISE!!!
I'D BE PUKEIN!!! tAKE IT TO THE SHOP AND GET IT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is your ABS Brakes. The pump is located in the rear on early C5s.
