Default Seat Problems

I have a 99 coupe with the captains seats. Both seats will move forward and back but both lumbars will not work I can hear the pump on both work and have already checked the fuse it is fine obviously. Is it possible that both may have a leaking hose or bad connection or could there be a common soulution to both? Do I need to take both seats out to check the lines and does anyone know if this is covered by extended warranties? appreciate any help.

Cant answer the warranty question

If you take the seats out (10 min job although the electrical connector can be fiddly) and strip off the covers its fairly clear how the bladders operate.

May be worth a look

Great instructions on the VE website for taking off the covers.

took the car over to the dealer today and had them mess with it
turns out the bladders in both seats were bad and had to be replaced thank god for extended warranties would have been $1300 to fix.
