Default CAGS Eliminator HELP

Ok, in an effort of not sounding stupid, which is hopeless, has anyone had a problem installing this?

I have a 2004 Z06 and tried installing one that I got it from Mid America. The problem is the connectors supplied in the package have a wider spacing between the pins than the ones on my sending unit and wiring harness.

I've looked at several different suppliers and they only offer one that I can tell. I can't believe all of the motors and transmissions I've built throught the years that this little bast@rd is being so difficult.

Had anyone else come up against this issue or am I the only one on the planet with an oddball connector?

Bob

I see the problem, you're an engineer! Seriously, my 04 was a piece of cake. I have never heard of a Z06 being any different? Good luck.

Default It's Official, I'm a Retard!

CAGS Eliminator problem solved!!!

When you try to install it on the wrong harness no wonder it won't work!!

Once I found the correct harness install took less than 1 minute start to finish, God I love this forum

That's a little harsh, but glad you solved the issue. I was just about to post and tell you to make sure you had the correct harness.

Paul,

Thanks for the support.

Evidently I didn't look up far enough and grabbed the wrong one. The thing that irked me the most was I found the solution about 5 minutes I posted the help thread... ..Felt kind of dumb

By the way, the Kwiklift ramps work great!

That's always the case. I'm glad you're liking the Kwiklift. I can think of a dozen uses for them during any given week.
