03 Cobra race
Raced and '03 mustang cobra last night and surprisingly I beat the guy. I dunno if he couldn't shift, couldn't get traction or whatever, but i was pumped as hell after the race.
Any else raced an 03 cobra? If so...results?
According to sites the cobra's stock 1/4 mile *should* be 12.9 vs. my 13.3.

Of CORSE this took place at the track didnt it!!!!! If you didnt you might realy want to just go this weekend I mean it not only will you see the absolutly COOLEST thing you have ever seen but you can go like a demon dog as many times as time alowes bring a helmet and just get ready to giggle your azz off! It will dispell Im sure any of the missinformed missguided crap about mustangs ALWAYS being slower! Some of those guys are fast!...........realy fast! and you are much MUCH more likely to have your head handed to you by those DAMN F-Body guys than another vet!

I don't get all the "IBTL" comments... 
It's STREET RACING that is frowned upon here. I guess everybody leans to the notion it was a street race. I, being the GENIUS that I am,

Yep, I curb-stomped a yellow one that had nitto drag radials on. I have lame kumho ecsta asx's on my vette. The best part was, it was the leader of "the mustang mafia" here in the springs.

I have had very little issues running with stock COBRAs with my setup, but unfornutately, I have to start on a roll because traction is an issue on street tires!
