diminished value question
a dealer smacked my vette up the dealers ins co.
liberty mutual is supposed to look at it in the
body shop they say between 4000 to 5000 dollars
damage can i go after them for diminished value

Heck yeah, hit em as hard as you can. What exactly happened? I can say, I worked at a stealer while in college and Ive seen the guys run a customer's vehicle pretty hard....even while taking it to the back for an oil change.
