C5 - Antenae Question
This may be a newbie question but which C5's came with antanea and which did not? I have a C5 Vert and a Z06 in my parking lot both have antaneas but my C5(98) does not.

I would have thought a windscreen mounted antenna would work for every type of car. Neater too

The Z06 has a thinner and lighter windshield. THis does not allow you to put it inbetween the layers so they get the mast. Not sure about the verts. My 04 has it in the winshield and the back is the defroster (defogger here in Texas).

Actually on the coupe, the antenna is built into the front and rear glass. And even though the Z06 has thinner glass there still was room for an antenna in it as the wire is very thin. GM just felt a rear mounted external antenna would work better.
