Whats the average miles people are getting before the F45 shocks quit working. Obviously this is subjective to road conditions and driving habits, but lets see if we can get it in a ballpark range!
I replaced mine after 50,000 miles. Bilstein HD shocks and a new front spring from VBP. Rides better now than new.
Is it because they quit working or just because you wanted the switch? I believe when they quit working, you get a couple DIC messages/warning, and then you cant go over 80mph

They were still working, I thought it was time for a change.

The other day I discovered my right rear F45 shock is bad. I got no message on the DIC. I removed the shock and I am able to easily compress it by hand and it doesn't extend back out at all!

The main reason I ask is becuase I have found a couple sets for sale here on the forum, but they all seem like they are at 50K miles. Right now the price is good assuming the shocks are good for another 20K+ miles. However, if they only last another 5-8K its not worth the installation costs...
