Did the Z06 cars come from the factory with run flat tires?

GY F1 Supercars.

The Z06 has a can of fix-a-flat and a portable mini air compressor.

Only the C6 Z06 comes with run flats, No C5 Z06's. In addition, the C5 Z's did not come with the Tire Pressure Monitoring System but that can be added (See the FAQ's).

The C6 Z's come with runflats... I didn't know that.... That sucks - NO???

The C6 Z's come with the new generation GY Supercar runflats in 18 & 19 inch sizes. They are MUCH better than the other runflats on the market. I wish these were made in 17 & 18 inch sizes. I would put them on my 2004 Z in a heart beat. I added the tire air pressure sensors the week I bought my Z.
