I don't know if it'll fix your problem but JTS97Z28 had random electrical problems and he traced it to a bad connector in the door. Maybe worth checking.

my left door computer/module was replaced because of intermitent operation of window, mirror, keyless entry.
if all the others have no issues. ????????
i would not want to try to guess this one if none of the others are having issues. it would only be a BIG guess that could lead you down the wrong path. and with the electrical issues and time spent chasing down my cars gremlins currently, there are lots of paths that can be taken

I have a similar problem with my 2003 Convertible. Left door open and activating the switch to open the roof storage area the right window goes down but the left one stays up. The car is running when this happens. After about ten minutes, the left window switch starts working. I have only a few days of warranty left, the problem is getting this problem to duplicate for a technician.

As DeeGee stated I have had some weird problems like this although mine ended up becoming much worse over time. It did start with small stuff like you are explaining though. It turned out to be the main 6 pin connector going through the rubber door boot. Its a quick and easy diagnostic so if you havent already found the problem check this out. Simply open the door and squeez/push/pull on the drivers side rubber door boot. You can also visually see and mess with the bad connector from the drivers footwell there is a black cap about 5" square that pops off. You will see 2 connectors going into the door one is blue (audio only) and the other is black which is all the important stuff. Play with the pinouts and wires see if you can get the problem to come and go. Every electrical problem I had was traced down to this single faulty connector.
