Newbie, Kinda...
Sup everyone... Well, I don't own a Vette yet, but out shopping for one now. I have 25K saved and looking for a clean C5.
Questions, is there any prefered year for the C5? Did all C5's have the LS6 intake? Cam size changes? I don't know anything about the Vette, but do own an LS1 T/A.

Only model year 2001 and later C5s had the LS6 intake manifold. Also, a number of other enhancements were make to the C5 with the start of the 2001 model year:
