Default Dic ????

I have LG long tubes w/cats on my Z. I had the car dyno tuned and had rear 02's turned off/deleted using the LS1 program. My questions to you guys that have done the same mods is:

My cars keeps throwing these two codes;
PCM 0420--TWC system Low Efficiency bank 1 ?
PCM 0430-- TWC system Low efficiency bank 2 ?

Is this telling me that my high flow cats readings are out of sensors range due to the high flow cats and the long tubes? (YES) Could I stop this check engine lite from coming on by deleteing them using the LS1 edit and solve my problem? I go into the DIC, delete these codes and drive the car for awhile and they reappear. The guy would did my tuned said that he turned off my rear o2's. That's what bothers me is if they are off then is my front o2's giving me the problem or something else in the system?

Hi Mike,

I have the same setup...LG Pros w/ cats.

I too got a code but it was because one of the original rear O2 sensors (now relocated to the front O2 sensor wiring harness) had failed. I replaced it with a new rear O2 sensor from GM parts and it hasn't popped up since.

I plugged in O2 Simulators originally until I had the dyno tune completed. The tuner turned them off in the computer so now I have a set of barely used O2 Simulators if anyone wants to buy them.

I'm assuming you used the original rear O2 sensors in the bungs on the collectors? I think the wires on the original front O2 sensors are too short to reach the plugs with the long tubes but...stranger things have happened.
