I don't think you need permission to use a picture of a licensed car on a public place! If you want to show case a car and take pictures off the Net that my get into the gray area. It is public domain
You may use mine(pictures) any time. I can always be used as a bad example.

Thanks, I am gonna finish planning everything and gathering pics and I think I will just put a thread up asking if anyone objects to having there car listed on the site. I will most likely be including the username from the forum of the car owner.
