Default Appearance website??

I am considering starting a website dedicated to the C5 and C6 corvette showing all the different appearance modifications and listing where they are available.

What do you guys think about this and how many of you would post up some pics showing a mod and listing what it is and where it is from?

Thanks

Maybe also include engine bay appearance, show all the different exhaust tips, etc...

Good idea - do it! Also link instructions to each mod.

Yeah, that would take some help with the instructions.

Could also maybe include some cleaning information and some feedback on cleaning supplies and such.

Someone give me some ideas on a domain name, I might buy it and get started on it.

Not a bad idea -- I bet it would be very useful. Here's a pic of my DIY Lowes flush tailights to get you started.

that is another reason I am posting here first, I don't want to use pics of a car without consent.

Why the hell would someone get pissed off for their car being shown? Isn't the reason why we do appearence mods is to show them off?

There is alot of information on this forum. However there is no section of the forum dedicated to appearance only, and I think it would be quite helpful to be able to go to one place to view anything you are considering adding to your car.

I agree with that and I too would like to see it but wouldn't it be easier to just add that section to this forum rather than starting a whole new site?

I don't have the power to add a new section to the site and I agree if this were added there would be no need for this new site. I am by no means going to attempt to make a site to take any traffic or anything like that away from this Forum.

Maybe the owner or admin could step in and shed a little light here. I would like to know before I buy a site.

OK, guys, I am gathering plans for this now. Anyone have a suggestion for a site address??

I have considered vettecosmetics.com or corvettecosmetics.net but I am open to any other suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I owuld like to get something that would be easy to remember.
