I have been lurking around here for a few months trying to soak up as much info as possible. I have been a corvette fan my whole life. Growing up my older brothers have had a few assorted vettes and I was always hugely attracted to them. I am happy to announce that I have graduated to "corvette owner" status. Yesterday I purchased a 99 vert. The car is white on tan and has 25000 on the odometer. I couldn't be any more thrilled. Of course it has been cloudy and raining since I picked it up, as soon as I have some cooperative weather I will take some pics and post them. Thanks to all the admins and all the members that make this forum such a great source of info. I live just outside of Louisville, Ky. and think I might take a ride down to Bowling Green this afternoon to the museum. I do have a couple questions. I assume my car is Arctic white? Speedway is only on 01 z06's? Also the tan interior seams darker than my bro's light oak in his 98. Was there a darker tan interior color in 99, possibly saddle? Thanks in advance for any info.
