Default More Advice

Hello again, guys. Well, went to W. Coast Corvette and ordered a bottle of touchup paint. This may sound stupid, but is there any particular technique in applying this stuff to the finish? Any tips, tricks, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I would suppose it's a little brush thing like fingernail polish?? Thanks.

Thin, multiple coats. Don't try to fix it w/the first coat. Layer the coats to just below flush w/the surface of the paint, then follow it up w/clearcoat. You should be able to get some clearcoat touch-up at the same place you got the paint. Good luck!

Yes, multiple thin coats are the answer. If the touch up brush seems too big you could try using the non flammable end of a match to just barely apply a thin coat of paint. Then repeat the process until you are satisfied with the results. Good luck.
